Last Saturday was the opening day for our Cache Valley Gardeners Market. It was a bit on the cool side, but we had a great turn out … more than 80 vendors and many hundreds of visitors.

As always, it was great to connect with so many old friends after a long winter of relative isolation. This week, our town is hosting Black & White Days—the oldest Holstein Cow Show west of the Mississippi. And this Saturday, yours truly will be managing the B&W Days Horse Show. I’ve been “in charge” of the show for the last 11 years, and am looking for someone to volunteer to take over the bulk of the responsibilities … anybody out there?
The following Saturday is the opening day for the Richmond Harvest Market at Rockhill and the opening day for our farmstand. Jennifer & I would like to invite everyone to visit the market and to visit our farmstand. Both are open from Saturday, May 22 through one of the later Saturdays in October (10 am-2 pm). -PS
