Our annual “Dinner on the Farm” has been canceled for this year. One of the owners of Jack’s Wood Fired Oven is getting married on the 19th, and the rest of the crew at Jack’s will be catering his reception that evening. We had already scheduled another wedding reception here on the evening of the 12th, so that pretty much killed the dinner for this year. But we would like to remind everyone that we will still have our farmstand open for the next three Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm. We’ve got live music scheduled for each day. And we hope that Eli’s beautiful photo that ran in last week’s Herald Journal will remind everyone that the drive to Cache Valley this time of year is worth every mile! Come up and see the farm and visit the girls of Rockhill.

About Pete

My wife and I own and operate Rockhill Creamery, a farmstead cheese business in the beautiful Cache Valley of Northern Utah. We have two children, both married and living in Salt Lake City. We were both newspaper people in our former lives, but decided to head down the agriculture path about 12 years ago.
