With characteristic eyes and a mild Swiss flavor, this cheese began as a "boo boo," but now has become a permanent addition to our selection. Boo Boo is a variation of our Wasatch Mountain and is a sweet, nutty cheese that pairs well with a nice smoky ham.

We ship our cheese to anywhere in the United States, so you can enjoy our cheese no matter where you are.
We accept all major credit cards or checks. We also ship our cheese in insulated boxes with cold packs to ensure that it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
It takes up to 24 business hours to process an order. Because cheese is perishable, we can only ship cheese Monday and Tuesday. This ensures your product will not sit in a non-refrigerated warehouse or truck over the weekend. You can expect your cheese to arrive 2 days after being shipped.
