INGREDIENTS:

• 2 cups chicken broth

• ½ teaspoon salt
  
  
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper

• 16 ounces uncooked ziti pasta or other tube-shaped pasta
  
  
• 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  
  
• 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
  
  
• 1 ½ teaspoons dried basil
  
  
• 1/3 - 1 cup freshly grated Rockhill Cowboy Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:

• Lightly coat the bottom and sides of your Instant Pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  
  
• Add in the broth, cream, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  
  
• Layer the pasta on top, without stirring. If the pasta is piled up in the center, spread it out into an even layer.
  
  
• Pour the crushed tomatoes evenly over the pasta and sprinkle in the oregano and basil on top. Do not stir.
  
  
• Close the Instant Pot lid, set the valve to "seal," and select the “manual” or “pressure cook” setting. Adjust the cooking time by cutting the pasta's package cook time in half and subtracting two minutes. For example, if the pasta takes 12 minutes to cook al dente, set the Instant Pot for 4 minutes (add an extra minute for softer pasta).
  
  
• Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release for the remaining pressure.
