  • 1 frozen pie crust

  • 4 medium eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 8 oz diced ham

  • 6 ounces Rockhill’s Boo Boo Baby Swiss Cheese, grated

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375F.

  • Grate your Boo Boo Baby Swiss Cheese. You can do this by cutting the rind off one side of the wedge. Hold the cheese by the other rind as you grate. 

  • Crack eggs into a bowl, and whisk together with the cream, salt, and pepper.

  • Layer in your pie crust: ham, your Rockhill Boo Boo Baby Swiss Cheese, egg mixture. Make about 3 layers until your egg mixture is gone.

  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a fork in the center comes out clean and the top is turning a slight brown. If your pie crust is getting too brown, cover with aluminum foil until the middle is cooked through. 

  • Let sit for about 15 minutes before serving.
